Mandatory kit
We have listed the mandatory kit you must carry with you at all times for your safety. We carry out a visual check of at least 2 items at registration. If you are found not to be carrying the mandatory kit you will be will not be able to take part.

Running bag/rucksack to carry essentials.
Race number with your ICE details populated (we provide you with the race number at registration, along with safety pins).
Waterproof jacket with taped seems.
Survival bag (foil) (must be a foil blanket. Sheet not acceptable).
Fully charged mobile phone with Race Director number 07807 920015 stored.
500 ml of water or energy drink at the start.
Energy bar/gel.
Gloves.
Warm hat, e.g. fleece (buff or running cap not acceptable).
Fixed torch (head or chest).
Spare mid-layer (in addition to what you wear at the start).
Cup if you are wanting coca cola at checkpoints (we do not provide cups).
